About MaryAlice

Personal Financial Life Coach & Educator

Throughout my financial coaching journey, I found a passion in helping those in less-than-desirable financial situations, such as those with a high debt to income ratio, massive amounts of debt, or individuals with little to no financial knowledge.

As a Personal Finance Educator & Certified Financial Life Coach, I can help you discover your passion and empower you with your finances to make it a reality.

My mission is to educate and inspire clients on the basics of personal finance, and, as a team, create a spending plan that reflects the values and goals of the client. To empower them to take responsibility for the decisions, support their continual learning and growth, and to serve as an accountability partner through their process.

I graduated with my MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and continued to work in the business/academic world.  In early 2018, I was introduced to Financial Coaching and fell in love.  Finally my passion had met its home.  I continued with my training and became a Board Certified Financial Life Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education.

I have combined my love for Financial Coaching with my passion for helping survivors of Domestic Violence.  As a survivor myself, I feel its important to help those suffering with financial needs, lack of confidence, and just the fear of the unknown to rebuild their life.  I currently work as a private coach as well as a Financial and Family Advocate for the Domestic Violence Resource Center in Reno, Nevada.  The past four years with DVRC have been some of the most rewarding as I have assisted so many to understand budgeting, how to pay off debt, how to live their lives the way they financially want to while rebuilding their confidence to trust themselves again in this journey.  #Livingyourfinancialdreamsyourway
